How should I tell him..

Hey Evan..Ive got this problem. Im falling for this amazing guy. My friends think I might have a chance with him from seeing the way he acts around me...but Im not sure. He asks to hang out all the time, and we talk everyday (he usually starts the conversations)well..heres the part where you come in: Ive decided I want to let him know how I feel, But Im not sure how to do it..any suggestions?
