ok 2 of the ppl who used to be best frineds with me and my friend nick kjust like diched us out of no where. now my friend got in a big fight with them and now like everyones pissed at each other but i want the m back on our airsoft team.how should i get them back???

sit everyone down and talk about it. dont let them leave until things are straightened out. avoid yelling and stuff like that and have a mature talk about it.
