They offer numerous shades to compliment a variety of skin tones. The dying process is quick and simple, with easy to understand directions. Also, Clairol offers a program on their website where you can upload your picture and switch your hair color, style and length. The programs works wonders, if you ask me. It's how I found my perfect dye. (=
