really tired

Hey my name is Rachel and iam 17 years old and i've been so tired lately.It can't be that i don't get enough excersize becouse I walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes every day.I also get enough sleep so what can be wrong?

Its highly possible that you're oversleeping. When you get too much sleep your body reacts the same way it would if you hadnt gotten enough - the other option could be your diet. Do you eat alot of things with sugar/ carbs? because these types of foods will give you energy for a short amount of time only and then you will feel completly drained. The best advice i can give is to eat friuts and vegtables and get no more than 8 hours of sleep a night. At first you still may feel tired- perhaps even more than normal because it will take your body time to adjust to the new routine - however after a week you should feel more energitic and healthier as well.
