car crash

my brother and i were in car accident recently and i was driving and totaled my brand new escalade. my brotehr told the police and our parents that he was hte one driving so i wouldnt get in trouble since i had only had my licnese for a few months and he has had his for about 6 years. i feel horrible about the whole thing. should i tell my parents the truth or just let it be?

well,

this same situation happened to me when i was like thirteen, but it wasnt involving a escalade and i didnt even have my license. your best bet is to just tell the truth. its not worth it to lie about a situation like this. i mean it will suck at first but at least you are being honest to your parents and your conscience wont be eating at you. use your best judgement.
