what do you wear when you sleep for your period? cause arnt you only suppost to keep tampons in for a sertain number of hours, though when i sleep in pads it gets all over

well i personally wear a pad when i sleep. but, you can wear a tampon, but because of the whole certian hours thing, maybe only do that on school nights when you know you'll only be sleeping for a certian number of hours.
i suggest Always pads. they have "wings" and i never usually have problem. just put a new pad on before you go to bed.
