ok. so theres this boy. im not sure if i like him or not, or if were better off as just friends. we flirt all the tiem but i really dont know. hes really sweet, and when i talk to him online, its awesome. but then i person its not that great cuz hes not the best looking guy. what do i do?

There's an old phrase about "Don't Judge A Book By Its Cover". He sounds like an awesome guy and if really like him then I would say go for it. Who cares what people think, what you feel is what matters most. And if people are not okay with it then you're going to have to deal.
If you still don't want to go out with him, because I know it's hard to not have an attractive boyfriend, then I would say stop the flirting because you're playing with both your hearts and you'll wind up getting hurt.
