my hair is very boring and lifeless. what is something easy i can do with my hair that doesn't take very long to do?
and what are some good makeup tips? what would be good to do with my makeup? thanks in advance.

maybe try an east "poof"? lots of stars are doing it this days and its very easy to do. just pin up some of your bangs on the top of your head, not flat but, as the name says it, poofy. your hair is a nice colour too..so it should look good. also, you could curl it.. not tight ringlets but loose curls are always nice..
as for your makeup, it looks good...maybe using some colours that bring out theblue in your eyes some more...try maybe some light pinks and for blue eyes and blonde hair, the best colours are browns and lavendars. also maybe some blush, a compact powder and mascara is fine. hope this works.
