I'm sick and I'm worried.

First off, I'm very sick. I've had stomach problems for 7 months. Today, I almost passed out many times. I went to the doctor and it turns out that my hemoglobin levels are down from 14 to 12.3. But my question.. When I got my finger pricked at the doctor, I bled everywhere and it was hard to stop it. Now, my finger is black where it was pricked and it hurts really bad. It's weird. Could it have something with my hemoglobin level being down, or should I be worried about that too?
