sometimes this guy seems like he likes me.
he talks to me and is always looking at me.
and always hangs around me and he's really cute, and i like him a little. without making it seem obvious what are someways that i could drop hints like flirting or things to say.

When he's talking, tilt your head a little while twirling your hair. If he makes a joke, laugh and then after that smile and bite your lip. Look at him when he's not looking at you. When you look at him, blink your eyes a few times. When he's done talking to you, or you done talking to him, just stare into his eyes for a few seconds. Then quickly look away. All of those signs are flirting.
