Waterproof Eyeliner.

Can anyone reccomend some GOOD, waterproof eyeliner, that actually stays on for more than 2 hours?

Avon is the best make-up I've ever used. My waterproof eyeliner stays on all day at school and before I go to bed I have to scrub my eyeliner off. It's just amazing.

i use NYC
its really easy to use
and it doesnt come off easy
you can buy it at CVS
its only like... 4 bucks
and trust me
you'll love it =]
