My best friend has trichotillomania and well not talk to here mom what should I do to help, can I help? I feel like I should have know I just found out. I fell like it is my fault please help us.

Anyways, I just found out what trichotillomania is ...did I spell it right? I don't really understand your question but it seems like you want to help your friend get out of that state?

Could you clarify the question with less spelling and grammar? I don't want to reply with an answer that has nothing to do with your question =/
