Basically, I became a level 1 moderator yesterday. I think it is so much fun, and I was wondering how often do you make a level 1 moderator into a level 2? Do you 'promote' people by how many times they have rated questions. (sorry, i couldn` find this on the FAQ) Thanks for reading this.
