I would start out by talking to him (duh!) If you're already friends with him, then smile around him a lot and maybe hang out one on one. Talk to him online and stuff. Make him feel important. Ask him silly little things like, what should i wear today? and then wear it and make him feel special. Flirt with him a little =]
