Question Posted Sunday September 10 2006, 12:49 am
I'm interested in photography. I'd like a good camera but I'm not entirely sure what camera to get.
I was thinking a Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL, but is there anything that's better/just as good...
that is also cheaper?

My sister has one that she uses at work (so that she doubles as a professional photographer and office manager). And my yearbook staff has one, but not as nice. Believe me, once you get this camera, you will be in love with it. It also depends on what you're using it for. My sister has to take pictures of concerts and events, and my yearbook staff just has to walk outside and take pictures of boys playing football. If you really enjoy photography, I'd go for one of the more pricey ones, but all of the cameras in that series are excellent. In my opinion, Canon is THE BEST. There are some cheaper Canon cameras, but I would strongly advise that you go for the expensive ones if you're serious about photography. If you just want to take pictures of your friends making gangster faces, I'd go for something way cheaper, but if you have to take pictures of important stuff, I'd go for this camera.
