since i was probably in 7th grade i have always weighed 105 then this year (my senior year) i gained about 10lbs. so my weight jumps around to 111 112 115 and so it hasn't gotten any higher then 115 i'm about 5'3. i know i dont' eat right and i don't have time to work out. i dont' wanna starve my self i've done that before. but a few of my friends have noticed i've been gaining weight and so on. what are some good things i could do with a small time. as in things to eat and do?

You're still a perfectly good weight for your height range. Don't worry so much about it. But if it really bothers you. Try to eat more healthy, because you admitted you don't, and there is time for you to work out because no one is ever as busy as they say they are. Some people claim they're busy, but truth of the matter is, they just don't feel like it, so they make excuses. Anyways, just exercise, eat healthy, and drink lots of water.
