this is stupid but its been drivin me crazy for ever!!! ok so like you kno the people on jeopardy right.. are they really that smart just because or do they like tell them what categories to research & study before they go on the show ?? thx!

they're really that smart. remember that ken jennings guy that stayed on the show for a really long time? he's just really smart. a lot of people "train" before they go on jeopardy, but the questions are never released to them beforehand.

They are really that smart. They have laws about getting the questions before the games. There was a BIG scandal about that years ago.
So, they do not get categories or anything at all from the show before they are on. :)
