I have a scab on my face (from a pimple) it's not very big, but it's raised off my skin, it's like bumpy. Is there any way I can make it not pop out so much.

My first piece of advice is to be sure you don't pick at the scab. It will itch, but if you pull it off before it's ready, you'll be stuck with more redness and swelling. Just wash your face regularly with some warm water and DON'T pick at the scab. It will fall of on its own over a few days and it won't leave a scar if don't pick at it.
As for treatment, you can find some self-treatment products that have benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or glycolic acid. These chemicals will actually cause your skin to replenish it's outer layer faster. This prevents acne and works wonders to remove minor blemishes, especially acne scars. Just be sure you wear sunblock if you use the treatment and go outside. Using these treatments usually eliminates the outer layer of skin that helps protect against sunburn, so bring some Coppertone!
