sometimes i use concealer too on my forehead only and then i put powder all over my face and my forehead still looks like a different color.. what shouild i do?

That's you problem, the shades you're using aren't matching your skin tone so when you only use it on your forehead, it makes your skin there look different.
Here's what you do--When you finish you make-up, look at your face. Is your forehead darker or lighter than the rest of your face? If your forehead is darker, then use a lighter concealer/foundation. If it's lighter, get a darker concealer/foundation.
