Making a video.
Can anyone give me a general idea on how to make a video sorta like this?

I want to make something like that for my bestfriend but Im not sure how.
Step by step instructions would be GREAT but anything helps! :]

i do stuff like that all the time!
Okay I use "Windows Movie Maker"
You go into it, and you click file "import into collection" and you just put the pictures you want into it. And stick them in the time line below as you go along, and if you want to put music in it, do the same thing but import music, just open the same thing "File import into collection" then go into your music folder and drag it on the time line.
And if you want like cool things to happen, like changing colors, there is a drop down thing on the right that says video effects and transitions and you can pick the ones you want.
Then when your done
save it :]
