Ummm.... I need help with this guy who is like my best friend ans we talk all the time and he nowz i like him but he didn't ask my out but he is alwayz make jokes bout me given him sumthin wat should i d0o0o ask him out or just wait for him to ask???/

well, you can't be too sure of his feelings here. even though he's always making jokes, he could just be friendly and joking around with you.
but, what would you rather do? just take a shot and see what happens, or sit there and wait for him to ask which he might be too nervous to do, or just not do? i would just take a risk, and go after him! just be like,"well, you know i like you and everything, and i don't know how you feel about me, but i was wondering if you wanted to go out with me. i mean, it's fine if you don't, i hope we can still be friends and everything, but it'll just keep getting to me if i don't ask." and just see what he says. if he says yes, great! if he says no, just keep a really good friendship with him. i mean, better friends then nothing at all, right?
