I need adviceMy sister got my parents an ipod for CHristmas. She bought a bunch of songs on ITUNES and set it up on her laptop. She installed ITUNES on my parents computer but they are locked out of ITUNES. I can not find a number at Apple to call, do you know how they can get access to their ITUNES?
 thank you

 Hi there,

Please set up a free account here and ask this question to the pool. That way everyone can help.

As for me, I don't use iTunes.

A somewhat lengthy search of the apple sight brought me to a page, which has a contact form for Apple, which should make it fast and easy to contact Apple about your iPod and iTunes issues both now and later.

This is the page which tells all about authorizing different computers to be able to play the same music in iTunes:

Here is a video iTunes tutorial than should help with the above iPod info:

In the future, it would be a lot easier if she just bought the iTunes music on your parent's computer itself. I am sure you could sneak it in without them knowing. :-)

 I hope this helps.

Remember, if this helped you, please help others.
