Okay .. hii! well my upper stomach has been huting alooooooooooooot! like kind of by the kidneys/pancrease.. and like esspecially today its been like hurting liek crazy and i feel so tired and dizzy.. i d k what to do.. do you think that is a sign of diabetes?... or anything else?..ploease help me as soon as possible i need help in the next 10 mins or closer.. plz help!

You should immediately tell your parents.
If you are in pain, and you set a 10 minute time limit on responses, you need to go to the emergency room.
If 10 minutes is how long you can wait, then you have an emergency.
