To work the sides of your stomach:
1-Lay on the floor like you're doing a pushup, roll to one side of your body. (Top leg in front of the bottom leg.)Bend at your elbow and rest your head on the palms of you hand and the other hand on your ears (the top arm) try and reach the ground with the top elbow by going foward. This is really hard though. Do 5 on each side at a time.
2-Lay in a sit up position with your knees bent. Lower your knees to one side (twist your hips just a little so you legs are sideways but your upper body is still laying flat on the floor) Put your hands behind your head and come up just a little. Do 10 of these everday on each side.

Abdomen
1-Lay in sit up position and you can come all the way up or just half way up. Either way it will burn the lower abdomen fat.

2-THIS IS TO DO IN A ROW WITHOUT REST. Lay in sit up position with knees bent. Lift you shoulders, neck and head off the floor and bring your knees to your chest. Place your indder hand on the knee and outter hand on the ankle and pull it in while bringing the other leg out straight (still off the gorund) away from you. Switch right away and do that at least 15times. Then while doing the same leg movements, twist your abdomen so you left elbow touchs your right knee and vice versa. Do that at least 10 times.

3-Lay in sit up position with knees bend. Place your hands on the side of your body and lift your legs (either straight up or bent at the knee) and tush off the floor. Do that 10 times in a row.

4-Like the first abdomen workout, lift you head, neck, and shoulders off the floor. Look at your stomach and have your legs up in the ari (straight). Bring one leg towar you and touch it with your hands (wrap your hands around the ankle for just a second) and switch. Do that several times.

All of these are really hard and don't over work yourself. Gradually increase the amount..you donthave to do the exercise howmany ever times i said to do or how long. Just go at your own pace.

Sit up help too but instead of doing sit ups for 5min a day, suck inyour tummy, stand straight (don't slouch) and go on for the day like that. No cheating. Tummy in, back straight. That will work your abs all day long!
