ask her for any reasons why you cant have one, but do it calmly not in a strop. Then leave her, and think about what shes said. Then work out a way to get round the issues, and explain them to her aain calmly.
e.g - it will hurt. try 'i know it will hurt, but i am willing to deal with that'
good luck!

the best advice that i could give you is that you should tell yo mom that you will clean it alot and that you will take care of it and that if she was a kid and she wanted her mom to let her get a piercing
than she would want her mom to say yes, and convince her that that is what a cool mom does lol

good luck,

I had the same problem. And now i have 17.

I just told her that i am my own person and if i want to i can always take them out. Plus, they wont be on my body forever like when i get older. I explained that my mom should let me make my own decisions and what not.

And i showed her how i was mature enough to take care of piercings. && make sure you dont nag her about it, it will only make them get mad.

Good luck
