If you have membership at a gym, try using the machine for torso rotation.

If not, then
1) Lie down on your back
2) Raise both legs about 1 ft. above the ground
3) Put your hands behind your head (like when you're doing sit-up)
4) Keep your upper body off the ground (like when you're doing crunches)
5) Alternatively bend each leg while turning your upper body from side to side.

OR

Plain sit-ups would do.
