Ok i started dating this boy about 2 1/2 weeks ago and all wwe have done is kissed i wanna make out but he never have! Can someone please tell me how to get him to?

if you want to make out, do it. If he doesn't want to then don't force him, whats the point in forcing him? If you like him enough you will understand if he is not ready or doesn't feel comfortable. Don't take it offensivly or anything if he doesn't want to do it. You will like it more if you know you are not forcing him. But just make a move and if he folows then thats good, if he doesn't then just say " tell me when your ready, ok?" .. "or i'll wait till your ready" or something comforting. hope this helps

so has he never made out with just you, or never made out with anyone period?? either way, he is probably scared to try and make the move on you, because he doesn't want to mess up. so just step up, and you make the move on him. he should just follow your lead... if not, then maybe he is shy. just be open with him, and just tell him you want to make out. you guys are going out...
