i was the one that asked about the ribs and stomach. Well a few days ago, i wanted to get ready for cheerleading so I tried to go as far down into a split as i could, also i stretched my legs. so yes i did alot of stretching. could this be why?

well i don't think that just stretchings you legs (like doing splits) is going to hurt your ribs and stomach. if you did sit ups and crunches to get ready, that could be it. also did you fall while praticing and land on your stomach? that could be the problem too. but if you are just soar from practicing and exercising, it should go away in a few days.
