alright im 14 and just got my period. i play softball ALOT so i want to wear tampons. i tryed to insert one and it wont go in! what do i do?!

Ok it sounds like there are one of two things is happening, either you are inserting it in the wrong hole - there are two. Or like many young girls who are virgins your body is not willing to accept the tampon. Make sure you are using the teenager type tampons.
