my girlfriend does not trust me anymore and tells me to prove and i dont no how so tell me how i can prove it.

Well if you want your girlfriend's trust, just be as considerate as you can be. Then she'll know that she is included in very important factions of your life, and she will feel like she is definitely important enough to be included and she'll trust you because she'll know what you are doing.

Also, something guys don't typically notice is when other girls flirt with them...so...uh...pay attention and don't flirt with other girls.
