You don't have to flirt for them to really like you, but I think you should just be truthful with them. Tell them how you feel about each of them, and try not to feel bad about letting them down easily. Tell them you appreciate them liking you and everything, but you don't have the same feelings for them, and would rather just remain being friends. I really think this will work, so just try it.
