Uhm. i have the same problems and i feel teh same way about mine.. bu ti take "natures cure" its a pill& ointment (months suply acualy)go to rite aid or your local pharmency to purchase it.. its fairly cheap. i love it i hate my back and chest iwthout it..

hi dont worry its not gross. alot of people have it. it will go away soon just try not to mess with it to much. like popping the acne and stuff. i was reading a magazine and theres this spray for body acne its by natures cure. and you just spray it on your skin and the acne will go away soon. this is the website you can check out..
