Ok, I am in love with a product that is little known, unless you work with yarn. It is called Everything Balm. It is hand made by a woman in Oklahoma and it is just great stuff. It is all natural and really good for everything. It has made a huge difference on my skin. The ingredients include both moisturizers and astringents, so it is wonderful for combination skin. You can find it at goodiesunlimited.com
I'm not affiliated, I just love the stuff and recommend it to everyone I know.

Okay have you ever tried Pro-actaive?
If not, that would be the best choice for
this type of skin problem.

But for something less expensive & something that works really well, Neutrogena products are very good.I'd say try "Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser" This cleanses deep down into pores–dissolving dirt, oil and makeup. Then, it removes dead surface skin that can DRY, roughen and dull your complexion. So it will not dry out your skin.
For moisturizer, try "Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture" for Combination Skin. It moisturizes dry areas while it controls oily shine. I used this before, & i loved it.My skin felt much softer, natural,& had a matte finish throughout the day without drying OR becomng too oily.

goodluck & I hope I helped!
