for the longest time i've had a crush on my cousin. his family and mine have been very close. and really, thats strange, because i have like 92 cousins on my dad's side of the family (his side). we're like brother and sister, because we've been tight since we used the playpen. i've told my sister like, 2 yrs ago, that i had a crush on him. she swore to secrecy that she wouldn't tell. but she did the last time he was over. (2 weeks ago). during and after the time my sister opened her blab of a mouth, he's been secretly avoiding me. we just got a new pool and i was swimming in it, and i asked him to come in, he wouldn't. but when my dad came home like 10 min. later, he went in. he had claimed the water was cold, but it didn't get any warmer when he went in with my dad. i'm not really an outgoing person, and i easily go with the flow. i don't want to ruin any friendship we've had for the past 14 yrs, because out of all the 92 cousins i have on my dad's side of the family, he's the only one my age. the rest are like 20, or 5. plz help me with my problem!

HyperMickiHAhe answered Monday August 14 2006, 5:07 pm: hey. im sorry she opened her mouth. i think that was wrong, but i also think that he needed to know. so that you could see that he doesnt feel the same. i think that it is a little bit odd, but i think its because you arent an outgoing person that you like him. hes always there and you dont have trouble talking cus you have always been together. i think you need to join some clubs or something just to get yourself more social. i think that you would find that you may like another guy that isnt realated. im sorry tha tyou got embarassed, but just tell him that your sorry and that you were just a kid when you felt that way and youve moved on and you hope he can and will too. hope i helped. thanks for asking!
