Does anyone know how to charge your physical body with energy? If so please let me know as soon as you can.

I need to know this because I am trying to learn the several types of Kinesis Abilities. And a lot of the techniques say to "Charge your physical body with energy". .

Do you mean charging your chakras with energy, or removing blocks to energy or charging your aura?
There are different methods for doing all of these, so with a bit more information on what the problem is and in what way you want to try to charge it I can give you some suggestions.
