Aww, thank you. I'm glad to know people enjoy my advice. I'm going to make this short and simple. No, you will NOT stop growing when you have sex. All that will happen is that you will lose your virginity, if you haven't already. You're boobs won't stop growing until your around 18-21 somewhere around there. And you will stop growing in height around the same time as your other family members did. You can easily ask your mom or someone else in your family when they stopped growing in height and it will be around the same for you.
So the answers to your questions are no and no.
Make sure if you have sex you're using protection!
