cell phone problems

i just have a few questions. i have cingular and my dad just cancelled it on tuesday and i just got a new phone like 2 months ago. my question is:
1. if my dad plans on uncancelling it.. would i still have the same number or a different number
2. would it cost money to reopen my phone and stuff
3. and also since i got my phone like 2 months ago, would i still be able to use that phone with the same sim card or would i have to buy a new phone..

1. they can try to give you the same number but they can't garentee it
2. yes you would prob have to pay to reactivate it
3. you can use your same phone but it may cost you more to reactvate it because then you wouldn't be a new activaction exactly
