i am so new to this period stuff, i have had mine for 3 months now and pads are becoming a hastle. i don't have a mom any more, so how do i put a tampon in??? i would really like your help on this information, and i don't want to talk to anyone where i live. Thxs

im pretty sure that many people are uncomfortable answering this...so i recommend you go to a local pharmacy and buy yourself a box of tampons. they usuialy have instructions and a diagram.

&& im adding to the girl below me. if its like too "dry" & you cant get it in.. drying using pratoliem jelly.. (sp?) u can get it at a local dolar/drug store cheep.. just put a lil on the end and put it in..

warning. if you dont leave your tampon in long enough.. it way hurt puling i tout.. but please dont leave it in for more than 8 hours.. adn read teh directions/percations before inserting it.

sit or put one foot up on the seat and have the tampon with the plastic cap still on go in downward toward the floor.

It will probably take you a few tries to get used to putting it in smoothly so don't give up
