well, it isnt illegal, but i find it wrong, i mean it just could cause pregnancy so i feel it is the responsibility, but their is somthing called pre-cum which can also get a girl pregnant, it's just when like the tip is wet with sticky stuff so always were a condom (sorry if im wrong but im under the aumption your guy) and always be careful, have the girl on pills, use protection, even if ya take it out, it can still get em pregnant, keep the cum not even tuching the inner thigh. be careful and look over your state laws if ur worried
