Okay, so the other day, i put a tampon in, and it really really hurt. like really bad. it started bleeding more than it was before. is that normal? i havent taken it out yet, i heard you can get a disease from that, but im scared to take it out cuz i dont want to forget how to put another one in. HELP?

Uhm. okay. So i think that maybe your using a tampon that doesnt fit you. It may be too big or simply just not the right brand for you. I would advise you to take it ous ASAP. It is horrible for you to keep it in like that. Maybe you should just stick to pads for a while hun. :D.
