im 5'0 150 ilbs. I wanna Have a Flat tummy.

The way I eat is I eat HEALTHY veggies, fruit, grilled chicked, & fish.

Please I REALLY want a flat tummy ILL DO ANYTHING

but i cant run cause my neighbor hood isnt to great & ride a bike soooo.

Can i do this by the 14? is thier anything else i could do?

k well keep eating healthy, another thing you may think about is eat when you are hungry, not just have an appatite... or when you are eating dont eat till you are absolutely stuffed but just not hungry anymore.... thats not that important.... but do you have a gym that you can go to??.. basically you need to find something that will give you a workout/make you sweat, if you cant run.. maybe get a jumproap..... the main thing you need to do is different sittup excersizes.. idk if you have an mc sports or anything like that... but you want to buy a medicine ball... probably one thats 4lbs and one thats 6... i find it the easiest to do sittups while watching tv... but ill tell you a bunch of different sittup excersizes... ones that i think are pretty good.. its going to be hard to explain so bare with me

-- suitcase crunches- bend your knees and hips at 90* angles or a little less so your feet are off the ground.. the crunch your upper body with your hands behind your head so your elbows touch your knees... that pretty much works lower and upper

-- side sittups/ crunches- lay on you side and yeah

-- toe touches- extend your legs straight up in the air and touch your toes.. or you can put a med ball on your forhead and do crunches

--back extentions- you feel like a fish doing this one... but lay on your stomach and arch your back so your feet and head come off the ground... it gives you a sexy back

-- two count sittups- crunch up to a 45 angle and hold it for a sec or two then go up all the way.. hold and slowely lower down

there's a few... basically you can make them up... but keep going when you feel the burn.. like do ten more when you start to feel it, then switch to the other side... basically anything that keeps tention on your abbs will give you a flat tummy/ six pack in no time... the more you work out and eat healthy the faster the process will go.... oh and also... drink lots of water, and stretch alot... when you stretch you get longer leaner muscles........ please tell me if i helped... or it worked.... i really hope you will be able to tell by the 14th

Well like I said before, try the tape Taebo. It's a work out tape and it really works. I have a really flat stomach now. Umm. You can also lose weight by playing sports, swimming, or doing sit ups or crunches. But thats what I did. I got involved with every school activity I could. I ate healthier and I exercised. But you don't want to over do it. I think you should work out 1 hour everyday. Make sure you stretch out first before you start working out so you don't get hurt. It might be hard at first, but you'll get used to it. Well I hope I helped.
