so its the same girl from before with teh ex bf problems thanks for hte help kinda but still i dont know what to do... i cant tell him i like him cuz he has relationship issues at the time he goes back and forth between so many people and im pretty sure he doesnt liek me but then hell ranodmly im me at 5 in the morning and say rawr.. we talk like twice a week for liek 3 hours but thats it im too scared to be open with him cause i was before and i annoyed him too much and he broke up with me and i really want him to liek me again i really reallly reaallly do. i am in love with him.

Dont rush things. Thats the last thing you want to do. Let nature take its time. ((thats the saying right)) no its let nature take its course haha. well, id keep talking to him..or start actually hanging out wtih him or calling him on the phone or something. If you feel thats not something you would do, just try to move on...you never know..he may come back and find out he really likes you again. hope i helped some..feel free to ask anything else! :]
