good places to shop

My mom recently quit her job and then started a new one so we dont have that much money right now but I still need clothes for the fall. do you know of any good places where i can get clothes for less money?

Burlington, Rugged Wearhouse, Target, Wal-Mart/K-Mart (I know their clothes are cheesy but at least they're REALLY cheap).
Also, look online and in circulars for really good Back-to-School sales. Usually, JCPenny has some good sales.
