Does any one know of any sites that will tell you how much weight you will gain by what you eat ???? thanks

it sounds like you are worried about you're weight... well the way you gain weight is by eating more calories than you burn... you can eat as much of w/e you want as long as you excersize... alos if you are young or in ur teens.. you're metabolism is still active so you wont gain too much weight too fast, it will want to mantain the same weight... but if you are conserned you are taking in too many calories.. go a little easy.. maybe skip the cookies or eat 1 instead of like 7, or when you want a snack eat some fruit (i love peaches) instead of fries... basically you really dont have to watch you calorie intake at all as long as you excersize : ) but if u want help w/ that im huge on working out (not lifting weights really) but being active and could give you some good tips
