Well then it depends on how often. If it's only one or two times a year, that wouldn't be enough for me. But if you're okay with it then stay with him. But like I said before, you obviously aren't happy with the situation. Long distance relationships can be hard and why deal with it when you're so young? Sorry if that last sentence sounded insensitive, it really wasn't supposed to.
