Tampons

Question Posted Tuesday July 25 2006, 2:34 pm

Hey i'm 16 i've had my period for about 4 years but only recently started to use tampons. i know that they aren't suppose to hurt when they're in right, but i've had a tampon in all day so my flow is a lot slower that usual and my new tampon is kind of uncomfortable. should i take it out or give it time to absorb some and see if it gets better?

When the tampon is in, its not supposed to hurt. As i told the other girl that asked me, it may be the kind of tampon your using. For me cardboard is VERY uncomftorable. I use playtex gentle glides and you cant even feel them. hope i helped. xoxo

If it hurts, I would take it out. They don't need time to absorb, I would recomend getting a new type of tampon. Everybody is different, so you need to find one that fits you! I hope I helped at all! :) I love feedback good and bad!
Love,
Molly
