It all depends on the guy. Its probably better if you make the move though. Guys like when girls make moves first.

All you have to do is while youre making out stop and give him a look then grab his zipper look at him again then unzip and he'll help take it out and then grab it [not too loose but not too tight] and stroke fast then slow until he cums
