Another thing is baking soda. Put some water in it and then get a toothbrush and brush like you normally would.
You can even mix the strawberries and baking soda together! and it will work twice as good.
Baking soda DOESNT taste good though. I will warn you, it has a terrible taste. But it is worth it. Just do it everyday and you will see a difference!
Pop causes staining on teeth, and as you know sweets.
Water is EXCELLENT for your skin. Thats probably the best thing you can do for skin. If youre worried about your skin, take vitamins. They have special ones called Hair, skin, and nails. It smells gross but they do work. [from experience]
Remember to drink 8 glasses of water a day. It will help weight loss, and is just very very healthy for you!

Doing it professionally at the Dentist will cost such a fortune.. but they have whitening strips out there that you put on your teeth, and while it keeps your teeth looking white, it helps you to get them whiter as well, and you take them out at the end of the day. And they have the same thing to put in at night or for just an hour a day. Get toothpaste with complete tartar control and with whitening ingredients, like Crest and Aquafresh. They work great. Also, try the pre-brush mouth wash, which whitens teeth instantly and gets germs out of your mouth. I hope this helped! [ PunkieFreak4690's advice column | Ask PunkieFreak4690 A Question ]
