Question Posted Sunday July 23 2006, 1:37 pm

see, im affaird of letting come back into my life. i mean we were really close. and we started getting on each other nerves. and he didnt know what to do, so he just ignored me everytime i tried to talk. he meant a lot and he knows that.

now that were starting to somewhat talk again. im affaird of bring the past back all before the fights.

both of us want to forget the past.
and it kinda feels like were not gonna have anything to talk about, since we want to forget the past. and move on.

a few things are still the same with him when he jokes around. but the rest feels a tad dead. like there is no connection between us anymore. as if we dont share any interests in anything at all. as if were just strangers or something.

Its normal for friends that got back together to get on each other's nerves for a while. Don't try and push him to talk to you. If he continues to ignore you, give him some time.

Think about the happy times when you two do talk. I know you will want to forget the past fight...don't mention the fight...what about when you first met....your first date, etc.

Hang out as much as you can. Hang out where you did before you fought. That might help bring back happy memories, and bring you back together close again.

If you still aren't quite sure about trying to be friends again, don't rush back into being great friends again. If you do that, that could just make things worse for the both of you.

Hope this helps!!!
Love,
Katie***
