OKAY.soo i wanna loose ALOt of weight by the 29. ill do anything THANKS!!! i meen ill do anything BUT RUN welll i can run around my tree in my backyard thts it and i dont have a bike thankss! i weigh 150 5'0

I'm sorry to say that there is no way to lose a LOT of weight by the 29th. A pound or 2 a week is about all you can lose.

Just watch the snacks and pop (all the good stuff) and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. :)
